Last updated: 29 June 2026. These terms are written for public review and may be supplemented by a separate software sales agreement, order form, service level agreement, data processing agreement or enterprise contract.

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the xAIDRA Platform, which includes the xAIDRA sovereign web dashboard, the xAIDRA Linux and Unix embedded agents, and the xAIDRA Mobile Application.

The Platform is provided by xAIDRA Pty Ltd and its affiliates. By accessing the web dashboard, installing any xAIDRA agent, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The xAIDRA web dashboard, backend services, mobile application and associated software agents.
  • Agents: The xAIDRA Linux and Unix endpoint software and the xAIDRA Android Mobile Application deployed to end-user or infrastructure devices.
  • Dashboard: The web-based control and orchestration interface used for fleet coordination, telemetry visualization, security review and alert management.
  • Data: Information collected or processed by the Platform, including Linux kernel telemetry, Android device states, network metadata and scan results.

3. Platform description and scope

xAIDRA is a distributed detection, response and forensic security ecosystem designed to support digital operations across servers, embedded infrastructure, network appliances and Android devices.

  • xAIDRA Web Dashboard: A centralized, multi-tenant environment for fleet orchestration, operational review, alert management and coordinated security workflows.
  • xAIDRA Linux and Unix Agents: Lightweight endpoint agents using low-overhead telemetry approaches to monitor servers, network appliances and embedded infrastructure without requiring kernel modules or system reboots where supported.
  • xAIDRA Mobile App: An Android application supporting device posture review, network review, evidence collection and mobile security workflows.

4. SaaS subscriptions, accounts and billing

  • Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard credentials and API enrollment keys.
  • Subscription fees: Access to the web dashboard and agent deployments is subject to the pricing tiers agreed in your software sales agreement, order form or other commercial agreement.
  • Service levels: xAIDRA endeavors to maintain high availability of the dashboard. The Platform is provided without strict uptime guarantees unless a separate Service Level Agreement is executed.

5. Licensing and intellectual property

  • Company ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including source code, agent architecture, detection logic, cryptographic architecture, software design and related materials, are owned by ThreatPursuit Holdings Pty Ltd and licensed through xAIDRA Pty Ltd.
  • License grant: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy agents and access the dashboard solely for authorized security analysis of your own infrastructure.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, extract detection algorithms, extract protected rules, extract models or bypass technical controls in any xAIDRA software component.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful security operations. You must not:

  • Deploy xAIDRA agents onto devices, networks or infrastructure that you do not own or lack explicit legal authority to monitor.
  • Use the Platform to distribute malware, conduct unauthorized offensive operations or bypass access controls.
  • Violate any applicable privacy, telecommunications, surveillance, export control or computer misuse laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Privacy and data handling

Privacy and data handling are described in the xAIDRA Privacy Statement. The Platform may collect dashboard account data, Linux and Unix agent telemetry, Android device review data, network metadata and scan results depending on your configuration and authorized use.

For Australian enterprise and government clients, xAIDRA can support isolated and sovereign storage arrangements as defined in the applicable commercial agreement. Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2 or higher, and data at rest is protected using strong encryption controls where supported.

Where AI-assisted analysis features are used, relevant security metadata may be processed by third-party model providers such as Google Gemini via Vertex AI, subject to enterprise restrictions and your commercial agreement.

8. Warranties and limitation of liability

  • As-is delivery: The Platform is provided as-is unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. xAIDRA does not guarantee that the Platform will detect every advanced threat, zero-day exploit, mobile risk or wireless security condition.
  • Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable guarantees or rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, xAIDRA excludes liability for consequential loss, including business downtime and data loss. Total liability is capped at the fees paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

9. Termination and data purge

Upon expiration or termination of your subscription, all licenses to use the dashboard and endpoint agents are revoked. xAIDRA will provide a 30-day window for you to export your data, after which telemetry, forensic artifacts and dashboard configuration retained on xAIDRA infrastructure may be securely purged according to the applicable agreement and legal retention requirements.

10. Export controls and sanctions

The Platform includes advanced security software and may be subject to Australian Defence Export Controls, US Export Administration Regulations and other international trade restrictions. You warrant that you are not located in, or a national of, a sanctioned jurisdiction and will not deploy xAIDRA in violation of international trade embargoes or applicable export control laws.

11. Modifications to terms

xAIDRA may update these Terms periodically to reflect new features, agent capabilities or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the web dashboard or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
